- Burnable / Kitchen waste / Plastics in one bag
If bins are full, place them in the shared hallway and notify us via message.
※ Replacement bags are in the storage on the left side of the low board.

Dining table and chairs are provided.
Kitchen
Equipped with a single-burner IH stove, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. Please use the ventilation fan when cooking.
Cookware & Tableware
In the kitchen drawers and cabinets. Please wash and return after use.
Bed Space
1 Double Bed (Simmons mattress, 140cm × 195cm)
Air conditioning
Located in the bed area. Use the remote for heating and cooling.
Projector
A ceiling screen is installed. Use your own account for Netflix etc.

Lower the screen
Use the hook to the left of the kitchen to lower the ceiling screen

Set up & power on
Place the projector as shown, then turn the power on (ON). Auto-keystone correction adjusts the image to a rectangle.
Futon Mattress
A Koala Mattress futon that offers the same level of comfort as the bed. Stored in the cabinet shown below. (120cm × 195cm)
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
We also have bathroom drying and pinch hangers—please use them if you like.
Bathroom dryer remote
Use the remote to run the bathroom dryer. 24-hour drying can be noisy; if so, press and hold the "24-hour drying" button to stop it.
Water heater remote
Use the remote to control hot water. Hot water is not available unless the "Run" (運転) indicator is on.
Washroom & dressing area
Vanity with sink and mirror. The washer-dryer is in this area.

Troubleshooting
There are water heater controls near the entrance and in the bathroom. Press the "On" button to activate hot water.
The circuit breaker is above the washing machine. Open the cover and lift the left lever upward.
If you realize you've left something, please contact us via message on the reservation site. If found, it will be shipped to you via cash-on-delivery.
RULES
Prohibited Activities
- Wearing shoes inside the premises
- Noise disturbing neighbors (9:00 PM–9:00 AM)
- Smoking indoors or near the facility, or discarding cigarette butts
- Evidence of vomiting
- Illegal dumping of garbage
- Exceeding the reserved number of guests without notice (double the nightly rate per extra guest)
- Damage to, soiling of, or removal of equipment (additional fee + replacement cost)
- Use of fireworks, bonfires, or charcoal grills
- Checking out with the facility in an extremely messy condition
- Use of adult entertainment services
- Any other conduct that disturbs the facility or neighbors
